Armstrong ITS is a one-person practice based in Pasadena. I work with around twenty small business clients across the San Gabriel Valley plus a roster of residential customers who'd rather call someone they know than open a ticket with someone they don't.
The arrangement is the same regardless of who you are: I show up, explain what's happening in plain language, fix the problem, and send a clear invoice. Then you have my number for next time.
